DC and Six Flags

Question: What do you do when you've just gotten back from an incredible family reunion and you have hundreds of pictures to sort though and clean up?

Answer: You completely ignore those photos and instead work through the other, older photos you still haven't finished sorting and editing.

And so, here are some highlights from May. We took a trip to Washington DC to visit Thayne, MaryAnne (and Cutter), Cache, and Brody. It's always a ton of fun to see Aeriana and Cache together; being only a month apart, they are practically best friends.

Watching these two together makes us excited to know that Zoe and Cutter will be close in age too!


Of course, the kids just adore Brody... it doesn't hurt that he slips them candy.



While in DC we decided to go to Six Flags and have some fun. What a steal that was; for the same price as a single-day pass, we got season passes! The kids section had a great mini water park. Both Cache and Aeriana loved exploring the toys, the spraying water, and the slides.

It always cracks me up when the kids play with these mini-fountains; always looks like they're going to the bathroom... especially when Aeriana has a constipated face!

After some fun in the sun, it's time for a cool drink and a little snack.



Just be careful you don't get stuck in the chair!
